Chloe is a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator. Chloe finished her Certificate 3 in children’s services in 2011 and later went on to study her Bachelor of Arts-Psychology at Macquarie University. Chloe has worked with children in different Early Childhood settings for the last 6 years and has just recently worked as a Child Protection and Out of home care Caseworker for Family and Community Services.

Chloe worked closely with children who were affected by trauma and had significant developmental delays.  Chloe is passionate about ensuring that every child has the opportunities to play, learn, explore and develop during their early years, and to have fun whilst doing so!



Farran is a dedicated Speech Pathologist and completed her Speech and Language Pathology degree from The University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She then went on to work in South Africa, New Zealand and in the Middle East with a wide range of client groups experiencing speech, language, communication difficulties.

Farran has worked across a number of settings including daycare centres, preschools, schools and in private practices. After moving to Australia and making Sydney home, she is excited to join the ECIP Kids OT Team. Farran is a mother of two and loves traveling and exploring with her family.




Kim is a Primary teacher who gained her Bachelor of Education from Australian Catholic University and has taught in various Primary schools in Australia and the U.K. Most of her recent experience, however, is working with children from 0 – 6 years old. Kim has worked in a variety of educational settings such as a children’s sports coach, gym instructor and a Gymbaroo teacher.



She is a passionate teacher who recognises the strengths and gifts of each child and aims to use those strengths to get the best from each individual. She enjoys spending time with her own children and she is interested in drama and musical theatre.
